As a professional photographer, Ian has seen the industry progress from film to digital photography and now to time lapse cinematography. He has enjoyed a fascinating journey watching the progress and technological changes of the photographic industry. His experience with stills, video and time lapse cinematography gives him a unique perspective for capturing the essence of a project and its construction over time. Whether it is a new building going up or an existing structure being demolished, Ian is able to capture the magnitude of the project and the passage of time in a single image or sequence.

Ian’s passion and career in photography started in dark room processing and photographing weddings with his father who was also a photographer. After some part time work with local photography studios Ian started a cadetship as a press photographer with a daily newspaper and later as Chief Photographer he managed the department. Over this time Ian received 26 various media awards including “Photographer of the Year 2008”.

Ian’s wife Desley, is a key person in the business providing time management, display, design and administration support.
